Liberty Ridge offers one and two bedroom apartment homes.
Apartment pricing typically ranges from approximately $700 to $1,050. Pricing and availability are subject to change.

Application & Approval Process
Applicants should provide a completed application, two months of recent income documentation, and a valid form of identification.
Applicants are generally required to demonstrate income equal to at least two times the monthly rent.
The approval process typically takes approximately 24 to 72 hours.
Yes. Co-signers or guarantors may be accepted.
Fees & Costs
- Application fee: $55
- Administration fee: $150
- Jetty deposit or in-house deposit may apply
Utilities are not included. Residents in Buildings C through H are required to establish a CPS Energy account.

Pet Policy
Yes. Liberty Ridge welcomes pets and follows LYND's pet-friendly philosophy.
A 100 lb. weight restriction applies. Contact the leasing office for complete pet-policy details.
Pet rent is $25 per month and the nonrefundable pet fee is $400 per animal.
